On March 1, the Citizen Orphanage will be another hotbed of creativity and innovation. The second edition of Perifest will be another unforgettable experience, presented by De Perifeer.

Immerse yourself in a world of experimentation, groundbreaking live shows, groundbreaking DJ sets, and spectacular light and video art. Together, Burgerweeshuis and De Perifeer create a unique overall experience, where art and music merge in several Burgerweeshuis halls.

The program at the Civic Orphanage runs from 19:00 - 05:00 and includes both international greats and local talents.

Some expected highlights include Graham Dunning's self-built mechanical techno machines, Stix Omar's romantic comedy show, video art by Turner Prize winner Mark Leckey, and the subtle and dreamlike light sculptures by Gabey Tjon a Tham and Bambí Benkö.

Night Parliament

From noon, Perifest seamlessly turns into a special edition of Night Parliament, with the wavy rhythms, distorted basses and Jasmín's rich, rolling club sound and Woody92's hypnotic techno coming to end the night. Part of the Perifest program runs parallel to this in the night, spread over several halls.
