Our concerts and club nights wouldn’t be possible without our team of around 130 volunteers. Burgerweeshuis is a place for everyone, where a shared passion for music and the unknown brings us together.

The full Burgerweeshuis team consists of over 150 people. This includes a board of 5 members, 18 staff in permanent positions, 124 volunteers, and an additional pool of freelancers.
At Burgerweeshuis, there are various volunteer roles: our volunteers are affectionately called ‘Weesjes’.
