Have you always dreamed of showing your music to a live audience? Then this is your chance! The Booster Festival, the platform for emerging musical talent from the East Netherlands, offers artists the opportunity to present themselves to the Dutch music industry. You can register for the 2025 edition from October 10 to 31, 2024 via checksonar.nl.
Booster not only offers a stage for artists, but also the opportunity to network with other artists and professionals from the national music industry. This could be the starting point of your musical career!
About Booster Festival
Booster Festival is the springboard for emerging artists from the East Netherlands and offers not only performances, but also an inspiring music conference. Performers can hone their skills in workshops and feedback sessions, while music lovers can attend free showcases of promising acts.
In 2025, the festival will take place on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 April in downtown Enschede. More than 45 talented artists from Overijssel and Gelderland present their music at various locations, including Poppodium Metropool, Theater Concordia and Café Rocks. Admission to the showcase festival is free.
In addition, there will be a music conference on Saturday, April 5, where artists can come into direct contact with bookers, managers, programmers and producers. Conference tickets are available in advance, and the full Booster conference schedule will be announced in early 2025. Buy a ticket with an early-bird discount now!
Showcase festival
During the showcase festival on Saturday, April 5, you will discover new artists at various stages in Enschede. The festival offers a unique opportunity to see the most promising acts from the East Netherlands. Previous participants include artists such as Jeangu Macrooy, NONCHELANGE and CLOUDSURFERS. The 2025 showcase selection will be festively presented on Wednesday, February 5, in Metropool Enschede's music café, and this line-up reveal is free of charge.
Music conference
The Booster Festival music conference offers an extensive program of workshops, seminars and feedback sessions. Artists can expand their network and gain valuable insights from experienced music industry professionals. From business to creative issues, everything is covered. Booster brings professionals and artists closer together and offers an accessible platform for talent development.
