Into The Mud roots festival gets a special entrance gate

Youth organization De Village is teaming up with young people, newcomers, and anyone who loves to tinker to build the entrance gate for the Into the Mud festival on Sunday, August 23rd.
This year, young people are building it together with artist Jeroen (from the steel company Framed at the Havenkwartier) and Iris Hermens (founder of De Village), and most importantly: together!
"We're doing this because building things together makes everyone happy." Messing around, screwing, and sawing together is simply the best thing there is. It connects people, it makes you proud, and personally, I think everyone should experience the feeling of building something themselves." - Iris.
Into The Mud
On Saturday, August 29th and Sunday, August 30th, you can walk through the self-built gate and find yourself knee-deep in mud again at the Buitenpost grounds in Twello.
Burgerweeshuis, DAVO, and Buitenpost are once again guaranteeing the most beautiful roots festival in the greenery.
Music
With Into The Mud, the trio has once again pulled a distinctive festival out of the clay. A weekend with a raw and independent program for fans of real outlaw country, americana, and bluegrass.
Bands from home and abroad will perform on two different stages on the grounds.
The line-up consists of: Carson McHone (USA) / JesperJesper (NL) / The Brothers Comatose (USA) / Truffle Valley Boys (IT) / Blue Grass Boogiemen & Pieternel (NL) / Postmodern Clarity (NL) / Salland Sound Collective (NL) / The Dad Horse Experience (DE) / Leadbeaters (NL).
