During SPEELDRANG, young local creators get the opportunity to present new work, perform a try-out show, or take the stage in front of an audience for the first time.

Nomads Radio

‍

Nomads Radio is a three-piece whirlwind of surf and garage punk, anchored by poppy hooks and lyrics that balance between personal anxieties and everyday

absurdities. Think of the raw, melodic songs of Ty Segall and the untamable energy of Osees.

‍

Tuesday Peepshow

‍

Tuesday Peepshow takes you on a tour from the East to the dark alleys around the Moulin Rouge. A journey of psychic retreats, (un)fulfilled desires, and one-sided love stories, wrapped in a gritty layer of sixties/seventies blues and psychedelic rock.

This four-piece band from Deventer constantly pushes the boundaries of their musicality, phrasing, harmony, and even their friendship. This results in raw, idiosyncratic tracks, hard-hitting grooves, and explosive live shows that will stay with you for a long time!

‍

Eyesores

Eyesores are everywhere, every second, every day. Runaway and overstimulated, the garage-punk trio combines their aggressive loud-quiet dynamics with frustrated lyrics hidden in a playful package, because the world around us is going up in flames, so we might as well celebrate it.

For fans of The Chats, Stiff Richards, and Teen Mortgage.
