The program kicks off in the afternoon, guiding you through an irresistibly exciting journey across multiple venues and stages in the city, ultimately leading you deep into the night. The program builds up like a slow rollercoaster, giving you time for wonder and reflection along the way, while steadily preparing you for the ultimate release into the night.

We literally kick off at great heights atop the Lebuinustoren. After a day filled with experimentation, live shows, film, art, and performances spread throughout Deventer, Perifest plunges into the night, with De Perifeer and Nachtparlement hosting an explosive club night across all rooms of Burgerweeshuis, featuring, among others, an all-night-long live set by Speedy J & Sterac.

From 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, De Perifeer and Nachtparlement will fill all rooms of Burgerweeshuis with a diverse night program. A highlight of this is the live set by two key figures from the Dutch techno scene: Speedy J & Sterac. In their live jams, the boundaries between their distinct approaches to techno blur: Sterac's deep, melodic lines intertwine with Speedy J's rhythmic drive and texture. At Perifest, they bring this collaborative method to Burgerweeshuis, creating a hypnotic, hours-long dialogue where not a second is predictable. Techno in its purest form.
