The festival is also introducing Booster Soundshift as an extension to the festival. On Friday, April 4, Enschede will transform into a creative melting pot where electronic music, film and collaborations in technology are central.

Booster Festival is the place where new East Dutch talent gets a stage and can learn about the world of pop music. This year, Booster Festival has received recognition as an iconic event for both the municipality of Enschede and the province of Overijssel. In addition, during the last edition of Eurosonic Noorderslag, the festival was awarded an Iron Stage Animal, a prestigious award within the Dutch live music sector.
