Thijs van Lier new director
As of February 1, 2025, we proudly announce the appointment of Thijs van Lier as the new director of Burgerweeshuis.
Thijs van Lier brings a rich experience as an entrepreneur and in-depth knowledge of the cultural sector. With his proven leadership and connecting qualities, he will further strengthen and expand the organization.
Thijs van Lier has built a successful career as an entrepreneur and is known for his ability to connect different parties in the cultural sector. Thanks to his extensive network and strategic insight, he and the team will strengthen the position of Citizen Orphanage and create new opportunities in the dynamic cultural sector.
