After a summer of outdoor music, the Citizen Orphanage is opening its gates again. All set for a beautiful autumn with special concerts, cool club nights and more.
After the summer break, the Citizen Orphanage is back in top shape for the new season. Next weekend we're kicking off with Pesta Maluku, Banned and VOF De Kunst.
Autumn preview
The autumn program is now full of concerts and (new) club nights.
With names like Gruppo Sportivo, Hang Youth, Babylon Circus, Elephant and Claw Boys Claw (sold out), top bands from the Netherlands are well represented.
But special foreign names such as Tamikrest, Huun-Huur-Tu, The Obsessed, Gavin James and Pothamus can also be found on the Burgerpodium.
In addition, much more beauty and attention to talent during the Pop Round and SPEELDRANG, where there is again a lot of beauty and news to discover.
Of course, the club nights include the well-known concepts such as Night Parliament, VroegZat, Nachttuin and 4AM, but there is also room for new parties, such as Disco Lovers, an evening full of recognizable classics.
By Location
As in previous years, with the disappearance of the Burgerweeshuiscafé as a stage, we will continue programming on location.
The Penninckshuis includes Robert Jan Stips, Huun-Huur-Tu, Isbells, Árstíðir and Allman Brown. Programming will take place again in Walhalla in 2026.
The above is only a small selection of the total range, so be sure to check out our site for the full program and come by live.
