After two years of silence, Ares returns to the stage with the Other Man Tour — an entirely new live show where he brings his recently released album to life with a live band and a fresh, mature sound.
Prior to the show, a 20-minute album film 'Noorderzon' will be shown, taking the audience directly into the world of Other Man.
The album symbolises a new phase of life. Ares (Rens Ottema, 1995) went into therapy for the first time, stopped smoking and started incorporating his thoughts into his music. In Other Man, he looks for balance, asks big questions about life and shows an open, honest side of himself.
Made in the tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands, Other Man sounds warmer, more personal and more mature than ever. The tour shows and shows that growth — with live musicians, new arrangements and an intense show that goes deeper than ever before.
