The band broke through via Studio Brussels talent show De Nieuwe Lichting and they have now made fire holes in the stages at Rock Werchter, Iceland Airwaves and Eurosonic. Outright, gruesome punk rock.

After debut album 'Family Dinner' (2019) and follow-up 'Sweet Boy' (2022), the new record 'Hello' was released in September 2025! This was recorded with Dave McCracken (dEUS, Pip Blom and Sports Team, among others).

With the single “Do My Thing”, a groovy, catchy and highly danceable track from the new album, they show that they are not afraid of the experiment.

Better Life is a post-punk band that sings stories about the post-apocalypse. The collective is a thrilling mix of post-punk, krautrock and noise. They tell the most gruesome stories, but are ultimately looking for a purpose in a dying world.
