Tom McRae
Tom McRae is known for his intense and captivating live performances. His unique connection with the audience ensures an unforgettable evening, time and time again. Although his music often carries a melancholic tone, his shows are anything but somber. With humor, passion, and energy, he effortlessly keeps the room in his grip.
Étrange Hiver
His new album, 'Étrange Hiver', was released in March and marks Tom McRae's 9th studio album. It is a beautiful collection of original duets with renowned French artists, such as Keren Ann, Chien Noir, Alex Beaupain, Clou, and more.
Although he may not be a megastar, he is the kind of artist that other acts look up to and draw inspiration from. For many, he is their favorite 'secret' songwriter, and in France, he is considered a national treasure—a love that is mutual.
In addition to creating his own music, Tom has written many lyrics for other artists, with his contribution to Marianne Faithfull’s album Give My Love To London being a prime example.
