Stef Kamil Carlens & The Poem
Stef Kamil Carlens & The Poem is a trio that forges minimalism, musicality, and pure emotion into a unique art form.
Together with the velvety alto of Nel Ponsaers, the soulful soprano of Rahmat Emonds, and SKC’s signature raspy tenor, a warm three-part harmony is created that embraces you instantly.
Featuring new songs, reworked gems from SKC’s rich repertoire, and intimate interpretations, the trio blurs the lines between poetry, literature, and music. Expect understated beauty, a sense of play, and adventurous instrumentation: from unique guitars and small organs to analog synths and even automated percussion—as if an invisible fourth musician is playing along.
The music of SKC & The Poem is refined, minimalist, yet full of feeling and adventure.
